THE INCIDENT

I'm working abroad and when i left South africa i gave a power of attorney over my account to my Twin brother.Recently i visited S.A.When i was about to leave the country i lost my bank card.I went aplied for a replacement which was going to be collected by my brother because it was gonna be delievered when i'm gone but the branch refused to give it to him claiming that i'm the only person who can collect the card.

How can i collect the card if i'm not in S.A. and what was the point of giving power to my brother if he is not going to be able to eccess my account?I hope you understand how much you are inconviniencing me.
